Heat Press Pineapple Leaf Machine for Small and Medium Enterprise

The Heat Press Pineapple Leaf Machine for small and medium (SMEs) Businesses is an innovation developed to simplify the dried leaf preparation process and improve the productivity of pineapple leaf product. The design model of Design Thinking was used for this study which consists of the phases of empathy, definition, ideas, prototype, and testing. The innovation was brought to creative ideas into existence. The objective of this study was to design, develop and test to improve process by the creation of a Pineapple leaf press Machine. Based on evaluation from experts, it was found that they agree with the prototype of pineapple leaf dried press Machine for communities' clothes and apparel in terms of design, function, and suitability. Besides, the Pineapple leaf dried press Machine gives out leaves dried condition that the consumers need and there is accuracy in dried press time, the standards time is able to be determined and the process productivity is improved.
