Factors Influencing the Use of the Cancer Care Collaboration (CCC) Application, Which Provides Personalized Content and Treatment for Cancer Patients Based on Symptoms in Thailand

The purpose of this research is to: 1) study the behavior of accepting the use of CCC application in Thailand 2) study the factors influencing acceptance and usage of CCC technology in Thailand 3) study the outcomes of accessing cancer treatment and knowledge gained from the CCC application in Thailand. This research uses the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) The process for quantitative data analysis collected through an online questionnaire from a sample group of 401 individuals in Thailand, including cancer patients, their family or relatives, and those with cancer awareness. The research findings reveal that questionnaire respondents have the intention to use the CCC application, with the performance expectancy factor showing the highest correlation with the intention to use the application. Respondents anticipate that using the CCC application will support access to cancer treatment and enhance their knowledge, aligning with the application's objectives. Subsidiary factors include the convenience of using the application, social influence, and expectations regarding usage.
