The Technical Aesthetics and Spectacular Narratives of Science Fiction Films in the Perspective of Digital Media

Digital technology has always influenced the image aesthetics and film narrative of movies, allowing movies to present diverse features and unique expression forms. At present, digital media technology is developing rapidly, and its impact on movies is increasingly significant. This article starts from the perspective of digital media, takes science fiction movies as the research object, and combines the historical practice of world science fiction movies to analyze the technical aesthetics of science fiction movies generated by digital technology. By exploring the technical aesthetics of science fiction movies, this paper specifically analyzes their unique technical composition, aesthetic characteristics and spectacle narratives in order to gain insight into the aesthetic characteristics and new narrative changes of science fiction movies in the current era.
