Technology Acceptance: A Case Study of Digital Herbal Platform and Health Data Innovation In Thailand

In this research, the factors affecting the adoption of digital technology in digital herbal platforms and data innovations for healthcare in Thailand were thoroughly explored. It focuses on people who are interested in herbal remedies and alternative health care, as well as young people who are not yet familiar with the use of herbs. The main objective is to develop the platform as a comprehensive center for the distribution of herbal medicines. Support community engagement and promote online medical tourism. The results of data analysis from a group of users interested in herbs and alternative health care helped us apply inbound marketing technology to develop a “Digital Herbal Hub” that emphasizes convenience and covers all genders, all ages.
