Abstract:

Customers are crucial in determining the quality of a restaurant and its food in today's food industry. Customers and waiters in restaurants have difficulty giving and taking orders. The ability to deliver services efficiently to reduce consumption time and maintain a high level of service quality are critical factors in evaluating customer satisfaction. In most cases, when choosing a prominent restaurant, customers consider their favorite food as well as available seating and space options. Long wait times and serving the wrong order are other mistakes that occur in every restaurant, resulting in customer dissatisfaction. The goal of this smart restaurant system is to address these issues. This concept is realized as an electronic device using Wi-fi and Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology concepts. This includes graphics, which provide physical information about food to customers and the user can also view the meals available at that time in the restaurant. Furthermore, the system provides a smart way for users to make payments directly from their tables while using the smart restaurant system. After payment has been made the order is sent directly to the food counter and the meal is delivered within the shortest possible time hence overcoming crowded food counters and slower modes of payment.
