The Implementation of DeLone and McLean Method to Measure the Success of PMCS Application at Wij aya Karya Rekayasa Konstruksi Inc

The numerous projects spread across Indonesia have prompted Wijaya Karya Rekayasa Konstruksi Inc to enhance the information system. The Wijaya Karya Rekayasa Konstruksi Inc information systems bureau has developed a system that can handle the difficulties encountered and promote the operational process of Wijaya Karya Rekayasa Konstruksi Inc projects, namely the Project Monitoring & Control System (PMCS). The eminence of this study lies in examining the effectiveness and challenges of PMCS in a national-scale B2B industry, contributing to an enhanced understanding of project management practices in this sector. Analytical outcomes the success factors of the PMCS are influenced by the relationships among the variables of system quality with use, use with net benefits and user satisfaction with net benefits.
