Agro-Waste Nanofiller as a Reinforcer for Service Life Improvement of Coated Sample

In recent years, there has been growing interest in utilizing agro-waste nanofillers to enhance the durability of coated samples. These agricultural by-products, including rice husk, wheat straw, and sugarcane bagasse, previously considered waste, show promise due to their availability, cost-effectiveness, and beneficial properties. Agro-waste nanofillers improve coating mechanical properties and barrier capabilities, extending the coated samples' service life while also aligning with eco-friendly initiatives. However, further research is needed to optimize formulations and ensure long-term durability. This article provides an overview of the subject based on journal reviews.
