Development of a Smart Device to Measure Extreme Temperature and air Pollution

In response to the growing concerns regarding air quality and its impact on health and the environment, this project endeavors to design an innovative smart monitoring system. Aimed at measuring extreme temperatures and air pollution levels, this system integrates diverse components such as BMP280, MQ6 Sensor, ESP32 microcontroller, and LM016L display. Rigorous testing across varied environmental conditions was conducted in fifteen trials segmented into three tables, unveiling the system's adaptability across diverse parameters. Notably, a safety feature triggered a buzzer when temperatures exceeded 180°C, showcasing a critical safety protocol. These tests validated the system's reliability and highlighted its potential for real-time environmental monitoring. Recommendations for future improvements encompass refining functionalities, enhancing user interfaces, and fostering sustainable integrations. Implementing these suggestions would further strengthen the system's capacity to address pressing air quality concerns comprehensively.
