Research on the Siting Selection Problem of Preposition Warehouse Based on Uncertainty Theory

Conventional warehouses generate a lot of carbon emissions in addition to having long delivery times, long transportation distances, and poor transportation efficiency. The preposition warehouse provides a reasonable solution to the above-mentioned problems. This work applies uncertainty programming to the warehouse's minimum total cost function and minimum customer discontent function, which helps to construct the site selection model for the warehouse. And the northwest area of Jinan City, Shandong Province, is used as an example for numerical experiments. Then, combine the weights of the optimal solutions found under the dual objectives using the linear weighted sum method to find the effective solutions, which will help identify appropriate pre-warehouse construction points.
