Finite Element Analysis and Experimental Validation of 72000kN Vibration Isolation Device Testing System

In order to improve the quality of bearing testing and promote the improvement of bearing quality, this paper carries out finite element analysis and experimental verification for the self-developed 72000kN vibration isolation device testing system. Firstly, the structural composition and technical parameters of the system are introduced, and the whole structure modeling and simulation technology of the dynamic compression-shear experimental machine under large two-dimensional load and large displacement and the topology optimization of key parts are studied by ANSYS finite element analysis software. Then it is concluded that the overall structure of the system meets the stiffness requirements, the normal operation of the conclusion will not resonate. Finally, the measured experiments: the maximum stress of the main frame of the compression shear testing machine during operation is 11.62MPa, the maximum deformation is 5.312mm, which are relatively consistent with the simulation results and within a reasonable range. Verified that the system loading process is smooth and reliable, and the system function is normal.
