Research and Design of Control System for Nuclear Track Membrane Wastewater Treatment

Nuclear track membrane is also known as heavy ion microporous membrane, it is the use of heavy ions in the insulating material film punched holes and then chemically etched and enlarged, known as the world’s most sophisticated filter membrane. Through the study, the nuclear track membrane as the base net of dynamic tubular membrane has better filtration effect and shorter film formation time, and easier to clean, compared with the spongy structure of non-woven fabric, the nuclear track membrane has a regular shape (straight-through holes) and a uniform size, it is easy to form a uniform layer of sludge cake on the surface and the particles are not easy to get into the interior of the filtration membrane. Therefore, this paper proposes to use the nuclear track membrane as the base network of the dynamic membrane, form a mud cake layer on the surface of the nuclear pore membrane, use the mud cake layer to filter the sewage in the environmental engineering, and then use the filter membrane tubes to combine into the filtration assembly, and finally set into a fully automated sewage treatment system. In this system, the control system occupies an important position, using self-developed control software to achieve the functions of autonomous membrane cleaning, automated real-time detection of water quality, unattended and automated sewage treatment. This paper begins with the study of membrane components, detailed study of the design process of this wastewater treatment system, provides a complete set of wastewater treatment system construction programmed.
