Development of Spraying Robot Based on Large Metal Tank Operation

With the improvement of the demand and quality requirements for large metal tanks, anti-corrosion spraying operation has become an indispensable part. This paper mainly analyzes the development and application of the overall structure of the spraying wall-climbing robot. Firstly, the overall structure design and the design selection of each part are analyzed. Then, based on the structure, the mechanical model is established to analyze the torque of the robot walking. Finally, the application and prospect of spraying wall-climbing robot are introduced. These studies provide a theoretical basis for the spraying operation of robots.
