Innovative Design of Self-Propelled Forage Harvester Based on Evolutionary Tree

The self-propelled green fodder harvester is an important machine for livestock feed production, and with the development of science and technology and the increasingly strict requirements of agricultural sustainability and environmental protection, it needs to be continuously optimized and innovated. In this paper, through the use of TRIZ theory, the green forage harvester has carried out functional analysis, maturity analysis and determined the technological life cycle of the machine, so as to construct the evolution tree of the green forage harvester, and through the analysis of the evolution tree, we have obtained the innovation scheme of each device of the green forage harvester. The innovative solutions were evaluated by the 0-1 scoring method, and the overall design solution of the green fodder harvester was obtained.
