Optimization and Simulation of Roller Leveler Frame

In response to the phenomena of shaking and unstable straightening accuracy during the straightening process of the roller leveler, the reasons were analyzed, and a static analysis of the roller leveler frame was conducted with ANSYS Workbench. According to the finite element analysis results, the TRIZ technical contradiction analysis method was used to optimize the design of the frame, and the optimization schemes were analyzed again with ANSYS Workbench to determine the best one.During the process, the combination of TRIZ technology contradiction analysis method and finite element analysis effectively improves the safety and stability of the frame, better ensures the accuracy of part straightening, shortens the design cycle, and reduces design costs.
