Experimental Platform Design of Robotic Flexible Handling System with Vibration Suppression Function

A robotic flexible handling experimental system composed of an industrial robot, an electromagnetic-drived connecting device, a suction cup and a workpiece is designed in this paper. The electromagnetic-drived connecting device is integrated with the suction cup and has the function of vibration suppression. The hardware and software of the experiment system are introduced, and the vibration control strategy based on PID controller is constructed. The robotic flexible handling experimental system prototype is developed and the robotic flexible handling experiment is carried out. The results show that the robotic flexible handling experimental system proposed has the function of vibration control, which can be used for the related scientific research and robot experiment teaching.
