Research on Load Distribution Control System for Multiple Asynchronous Motors Based on Variable-Frequency Regulating Speed Technology

Aiming at the problem of uneven load distribution of multiple motors in the drive system of large profile steel straightener, a load distribution control system model of multiple asynchronous motors is established in this paper. The model takes the mean value of the current component of the stator current as the key control object, and adjusts the torque component of the stator current in each motor by feedback based on the asynchronous motor vector control technology. Then the software control system of the motor load distribution is developed, so as to realize the real-time dynamic load distribution of each motor. The practical application results show that the control model solves the problem of uneven load distribution of multiple motors in the drive system of large profile steel straightener straightener, and the control system has good dynamic and steady performance.
