Intelligent Intake and Fuel Constant Temperature System for Mine

In order to solve the problem that the explosion proof diesel engine for mine can not start normally in high cold environment, or the intake and fuel can not reach a good premixed temperature after driving, which leads to lack of power and alack smoke of flame-proof diesel engine. Based on electrical control technology and MT 990-2006 “general technical conditions for mine explosion proof diesel engine”, an intelligent intake and fuel constant temperature system for explosion proof diesel engine is designed, and bench test of flame-proof diesel engine and vehicle cold test are carried out. The test results show that the intelligent intake and fuel constant temperature system can effectively improve the cold start performance, dynamic performance, fuel economy and emission performance of the vehicle in high cold environment, effectively reduce the complexity of vehicle maintenance in alpine environment, and improve the applicability of explosion proof diesel vehicles.
