Leakage Verification and Analysis of the Fluid Swivel of the Single-Point Mooring System

In this paper, the basic principle of the fluid swivel is introduced, and the domestic slip ring of "Nanhai Endeavor" FPSO is taken as the research object. Firstly, the design data of the fluid swivel were summarized, and then the leakage check analysis of the outlet flange was carried out to verify the rationality of the structure. Then, the flow field of the rotating cavity is calculated, the cross-section shape of the rotating cavity is optimized, and finally the pressure loss after optimizing the cross-section of the rotating cavity is calculated. The above work is of great significance for the localization of single-point mooring fluid swivel.
