Comments, on "A novel digital phase meter" by K.M. Ibrahim and M.A.H. Abdul-Karim

It is pointed out that a circuit given in Fig.4 of the above-titled paper (ibid., vol.36, no.3, p.711-16, 1987) will not operate if the output of the divide by 2 counter is connected to the AND gate as it is shown.<
