Research and development of the auto testing, estimating and calibrating system for on-line monitoring device of gases dissolved in transformer oil

In this paper, an automatic calibration evaluation and calibration system for on-line monitoring device of dissolved gases in insulating oil has been successfully developed. The system adopts the closed system oil cycle gas-liquid balance method, automatically formulates low, medium and high reference oil samples, and realizes the functions of automatic calibration of oil samples, automatic data collection and automatic analysis of results, which effectively solves the problems of large detection error and low inspection efficiency that exist in the current manual calibration. The correlation coefficient of the detection data is above 0.99, and the accuracy level reaches A level. In addition, based on the least squares method to fit the data curve, the detection error of the online monitoring device is reduced.
