Automatic detection method for single-phase grounding faults in power lines based on improved wavelet packet decomposition

Traditional fault detection methods often struggle to achieve ideal detection results in complex and ever-changing power environments. To overcome this challenge, a method for automatic detection of single-phase grounding faults in power lines based on improved wavelet packet decomposition is proposed. The experimental results show that the automatic detection method based on improved wavelet packet decomposition has high sensitivity and accuracy in single-phase grounding fault detection, and can quickly respond to fault signals, providing strong technical support for the safe operation of power systems.
