Calculation and Analysis of Regulation Guarantee for NO.1 Hydro Generator Unit of Gongzui Hydropower Station

For Gongzui hydropower station after several technical modifications of the No.1 hydro generator unit, the current situation of its systematic guaranteed calculation for regulation review has not yet been carried out, combined with some of the operating parameters of the No.1 unit, using analytical methods, to carry out a preliminary review of the regulation guarantee calculation. The results show that the presently rectified equivalent closing time(T

) of the servomotor meets the requirements of the relevant specifications, but it also reflects that the margin of allowable pressure rise is small when operating under the maximum head(H

). It is recommended that reasonable scheduling measures are taken to avoid operating the hydraulic turbine at the H

when the water level in the upstream reservoir is near the normal storage level. At the same time, it is hoped that the digital simulation of the hydraulic transition process and the field test research work will be carried out as soon as possible.
