Design of Embedded Intelligent Control System Hardware and Software Based on Dynamic Programming Algorithm

Traditional electrical devices struggle to adjust flexibly according to user demands. To address the issue of energy loss resulting from prolonged, uninterrupted use of these devices, this paper proposes an embedded intelligent control system designed using the dynamic programming algorithm, incorporating both hardware and software aspects. Firstly, the overall scheme of the intelligent control system is devised, considering aspects such as energy supply and consumption modes, user-end data collection and processing, bidirectional transmission of cloud data, system protection, and status display. Secondly, the hardware circuit of the system is designed according to the proposed concept, comprising the main control circuit, power conversion circuit, information collection circuit, action circuit, and status indication circuit. Subsequently, the system’s software is compiled based on the Arduino platform and OneNET’s MQTT protocol, integrating the dynamic programming algorithm to enable local and internet joint control and debugging. This aims to achieve a balance between supply-side and demand-side comprehensive indicators, thereby enhancing the economic efficiency and comfort of electrical devices. Finally, a comparative analysis is conducted on the differences observed before and after implementing the system in a university’s water dispenser, confirming the intelligent control system’s favorable balance between energy conservation and user experience. The widespread adoption of this intelligent control system in the future will contribute to advancing the intelligent control of electrical devices and promoting the efficient utilization of energy.
