Application of liquid cooling technology in wireless charging field

With the rapid development of electronic technology and micro-assembly capabilities, the development of electronic equipment shows a trend of high integration, miniaturization and high-frequency, followed by the increase in the heat flux of electronic equipment, which poses a great challenge to the stability and service life of the equipment. Studies have shown that for every 10 °C increase in the temperature of a single semiconductor component, the reliability of the system will be reduced by 50%. The heat dissipation performance of wireless charging devices in the charging transmission process has strict requirements. In order to improve the heat dissipation effect of wireless charging devices, aiming at the cooling and heat dissipation problems of existing wireless charging devices and air-cooled wireless charging devices, This paper discusses the principle of wireless charging, the influence of temperature on the transmission efficiency of wireless charging, the principle and mode of heat dissipation of liquid cooling technology, and the technical advantages of liquid cooling and heat dissipation.
