Ensuring Confidentiality: A Secure Deduplication Model to Prevent Healthcare Records over Cloud Computing Environment with Advanced Crypto Logics

The exponential growth of electronic health records (EHRs) in healthcare systems necessitates innovative strategies for safeguarding patient data, especially in scenarios involving contentious information. In response to this imperative, we introduce a groundbreaking data deduplication-based encryption framework tailored to ensure semantic protection within Healthcare Records. This framework not only fortifies the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive healthcare data but also enhances the overall cryptographic system for shared information. Our proposed methodology leverages semantically protected encryption, employing a symmetric outer approach fortified by the Modified Quantum Key Distribution (MQKD) algorithm. Unlike conventional cryptographic techniques such as Diffie-Hellman (DH), Advanced Encryption Standard (AES), and Rivest-Shamir-Adleman (RSA), our framework introduces a novel dimension by incorporating MQKD. This integration enhances the Compression Factor, surpassing the performance of traditional methods, and thereby elevating the security posture of the entire system. The synergistic combination of data deduplication and semantically protected encryption addresses the unique challenges posed by contentious healthcare data. By implementing this framework, healthcare providers can ensure not only the confidentiality of patient records but also streamline the secure sharing of information across authorized entities. Our contribution not only responds to the current demand for robust healthcare data security but also opens avenues for further exploration of advanced cryptographic techniques in the healthcare domain.
