Accurate positioning method of intelligent grounding line for transmission line based on Teager-Kaiser

To address the issues of low intelligence and insufficient positioning accuracy in traditional grounding wires, this paper designs a novel intelligent grounding wire device. Utilizing a modular design approach, the device integrates multiple functional modules such as data transmission, GPS/BDS positioning, and hanging status sensing to achieve intelligent management of grounding wires. In terms of GPS/BDS positioning, the Teager-Kaiser operator is combined with the MEDLL algorithm, introducing a Teager-Kaiser threshold to evaluate multipath signals, thereby reducing computational load and significantly improving estimation accuracy and computational efficiency. By setting a detection threshold, the method quickly and accurately estimates the number of multipath channels and corresponding parameters, including signal amplitude, delay, and phase, thus enhancing real-time performance and positioning accuracy. Finally, experiments demonstrate the effectiveness of the method.
