Collaborative planning of SOP and distribution network framework considering DG and flexible load

The volatility of distributed generation (DG) and the uncertainty of flexible load bring great challenges to the operation of distribution network. The traditional distribution network planning method lacks consideration of DG and flexible load and lacks flexibility. A collaborative planning method for soft open point (SOP) grids considering DG and flexible load access is proposed. Firstly, the uncertainty of two types of flexible demand response load that can be transferred and reduced is modelled and analyzed respectively. Then, considering the timing characteristics of DG and different types of flexible loads, a typical timing scenario is constructed that comprehensively considers the output of distributed power supply and the demand uncertainty of multiple types of flexible loads, and the scenario analysis of multi-season and multi-period division is realized. Based on the demand elasticity coefficients of different types of flexible loads, Monte Carlo sampling is used to simulate the power characteristics of flexible loads such as electric vehicles. On this basis, a new distribution network with energy storage -intelligent soft switch and grid collaborative planning model considering DG and flexible load access is constructed, and an efficient solution method based on CPLEX commercial solver is proposed. Finally, based on the modified IEEE 33 node system simulation test, the proposed model and method can effectively improve the flexibility of distribution network planning under the background of new power systems.
