Bilevel stochastic programming of power grid emergency repair stations considering road traffic capacity after diaster

Extreme natural disasters occur frequently, causing damage to power facilities and triggering large load losses. Post-disaster emergency repair work is of great significance to accelerate system recovery. The current research on emergency repair centre programming is still insufficient, for this reason, this paper proposes a bilevel stochastic programming of power grid emergency repair stations considering road traffic capacity after disaster. Firstly, considering the condition of road damage, simulation and clustering of post disaster fault scenarios are conducted to obtain typical road network fault scenarios and their corresponding probabilities; Secondly, based on clustering scenarios, a bilevel stochastic programming model for emergency repair centers is established. The upper level model is used for site selection of emergency repair centers, while the lower level model is used to solve the problem of emergency resource allocation; Finally, a case study is conducted on the IEEE-39 node system, and the results show that the proposed method can scientifically and reasonably plan and dispatch emergency repair centers, effectively reducing post disaster load outage losses.
