Stackelberg game based pricing and scheduling strategy for electric vehicle aggregators

In order to improve the ability of electric vehicle aggregators(EVA) to integrate electric vehicle (EV) resources and guide EV charging in an orderly manner, this paper firstly establishes charging models for different types of EVs, and then distribution system operator(DSO)develops a basic pricing scheme by considering the access situation of regional aggregators and base load forecasting; subsequently, it establishes an EVA pricing and scheduling model based on Stackelberg game, and comes up with a differentiated EV service fee scheme and scheduling plan. The simulation demonstrates that the proposed model can effectively increase the EVA income and reduce the cost of EV users.
