Estimation of Portable Battery Management System

Energy plays the central part and key role of each and every system. Among all energy sources stability and portability are desired features. Battery is fulfilling the required features as power and energy source. Battery management system is a circuit that monitors battery modules and balances inter modules. It checks and processes parameters. Decentralised BMS needs more control and monitoring than centralised BMS. BMS measures various parameters such as voltages, current and temperatures in the battery module for determining the state of charge (SOC) and also the effect of discharging rate on the capacity of a cell is analyzed.
