Research on the Construction of Parallel Power Supply Hardware Platform of Intelligent and Regulated Switching Power Supply Module Based on Single Chip Microcomputer

In the realm of parallel-powered intelligent, regulated switching power modules, the significance of a hardwired platform structure cannot be understated. However, this approach often grapples with imprecision in result evaluation. PAC falls short in addressing these structural issues within such parallel power configurations, revealing inherent flaws. To address this, we introduce an analysis leveraging a microcontroller to dissect the architecture of the hardwired platform in question. Initially, the analog circuit theory is employed to design the switching power supply. Based on the specific needs of the hardwired platform, metrics are segmented to minimize disruptions during platform assembly. Subsequently, using analog circuit principles, a parallel arrangement's hardwired platform for the intelligent, regulated power module is devised, establishing a comprehensive blueprint for the hardwired setup. A thorough examination of the constructed platform's outcomes is then conducted. MATLAB simulations confirm that, adhering to set construction benchmarks, the microcontroller-driven connection of the power module to the parallel-configured power supply outperforms PAC in terms of construction precision and duration for the hardwired platform.
