Art Mental Care Simulation Design Using ETC Technique

Since the last covid period, the number of patients complaining of mental illnesses such as depression and anxiety disorders has increased. However, due to the negative social perception of mental illness, these patients try to hide that they have a mental illness. Therefore, we design a non-face-to-face virtual simulation that allows psychological testing and treatment while increasing patient anonymity. We construct a 3D virtual space through the Unity engine and design an art mental care scenario based on the ETC (Expression therapies continuum) technique. Through this simulation, we expect to provide digital therapeutics without resistance to patients.
