Investigating the Ideal Acceptor Density to Boost Photovoltaic Efficiency in Perovskite Solar Cells Utilizing MASnBr3

The rising global need for sustainable and ecologically friendly sources of energy has led to a meteoric rise in solar power use, especially in developed nations. An emerging technology with game-changing potential, perovskite solar cells (PSCs) might revolutionize solar energy conversion. In this study, we've utilized the methylammonium tin bromide (III) ~ MASnI3-based PSC as the absorber layer due to its exceptional light absorption, suitable bandgap, excellent carriers' mobility, and enhanced stability. MASnI3-based photovoltaic solar cells for efficient solar power transmission. Some problems, such as inefficiency, scalability, especially long-term stability, remain despite new developments in PSC technology. To get over these obstacles, it requires more advanced methods like compositional minimization and interface technology, which have recently shown potential. Researchers aim to get high PCE by optimizing the photovoltaic characteristics of MASnI3-based PSCs through simulation, especially by adjusting the acceptor density (NA). By resolving these issues and reaching our goal. This characteristic gives them a favorable choice for fabricating highly efficient solar devices. The simulation is done using ID-SCAPS to investigate PSCs' photovoltaic (PV) properties in detail. Consequently, the device's effectiveness is maximized at NA of 10
