Design of an ECG Stream Analysis Framework Based on FHIR Data Model

This paper designs an ECG stream analysis framework based on the FHIR model, integrating Google Cloud services, including Healthcare APIs. Its aim is to provide an efficient cooperation environment for medical groups, fully exploiting the standardization of complex medical records. After the resource storage is created in the cloud and an external access interface is installed on a remote PC, an application can access the ECG stream resource stored in the cloud, promisingly combining diverse data analysis and artificial intelligence utilities. Most data-centric interactions are executed via the commonly used web interface, supporting CRUD operations. The FHIR standard makes it possible to locate the exact resource in the complex web request and response messages that embed multiple descriptive resources.
