Enhancement of nuclear reaction yield in nano–structure targets irradiated by circular polarized, ultrashort and intense laser pulses

We consider effective production of nuclear reactions in nano-structure target irradiated by circular polarized, intense, ultrashort laser pulses. The optimal for strong magnetic fields laser and target parameters were found by the analytical modelling and three dimensional particles in cell simulations. It is shown that such fields slow down the structure expansion, which significantly enhances nuclear reaction yield.
