Highly transient stimulated Raman scattering in a SrMoO
4
crystal on both stretching (888cm
^-
1
) and bending (327cm
^-
1
) Raman modes under ultrafast double-pulse pumping by orthogonally polarized pump pulses at 1030 nm with a controllable chirp and a different delay between them was investigated.
