On investigation femtosecond laser writing of defects in hexagonal boron nitride

BN have attracted a lot of attention due to their unique properties: optical detected magnetic resonance (ODMR) and single-photon emission (SPE) at room temperature. In this work, we present the results of our ongoing investigation on h -BN defects, including femtosecond laser writing for defect creation.
