Compact TEA-CO2 laser with pulse repetition rate up to 2.5 kHz

The influence of the parameters of high-voltage pump pulses on the formation of stable volume discharges in the gap $\mathrm{V}=24 \times 1.8 \times 0.8=34 \mathrm{~cm}^{3}$ in CO2-laser mixtures with a high content of carbon dioxide at pulse repetition frequencies up to 2.5 kHz has been studied. Laser pulses with an energy per pulse of 80-120 mJ with a minimum duration of 25-35 nanoseconds were obtained.
