Approach to Solving Working Characteristic Parameters of Quasi-Static Calibration

Based on the principle of the contradistinction-type quasi-static calibration, a drop-weight/pendulum quasi-static calibration device was constructed. A buffer used for small-pressure calibration was designed, glycerol–ethylene glycol was used as pressure transmission medium, and nylon was applied as the contact material to effectively address the low-temperature calibration problems of drop-weight and pendulum type quasi-static calibration and contact vibration. The analytical and processing methods for quasi-static calibration data were proposed, deriving working characteristic parameters of the sensor measurement system including sensitivity, nonlinearity, reproducibility, and temperature sensitivity. The research presented in this article can effectively improve the accuracy of the measurement system.
