Fault Diagnosis System for Automotive Air Conditioning Actuators Utilizing COPOD Algorithm

This paper introduces a fault diagnosis system for automotive air conditioning actuators (AACA) based on the COPOD algorithm. By integrating voiceprint information with the COPOD algorithm, the system achieves efficient and accurate detection of actuators. Compared to traditional detection methods, this system not only significantly enhances production and detection efficiency but also reduces the demands on the detection environment and effectively mitigating the rate of missed detections. Furthermore, the system boasts a wide range of applications, including the ability to detect low-noise decibel motors and providing robust support for the implementation of automated detection. This research offers novel solutions for production and maintenance in the automotive industry, possessing substantial practical significance and application value.
