Modeling of Electrodynamic Components of a Complex for Microwave Pyrolysis

The paper proposes structural elements for creating a microwave complex that allows processing a large volume of organic material in the pyrolysis, namely, an element for polarization decoupling of radiation into the reactor, effective waveguide corners, an optimized transition from a rectangular waveguide section to a circular one, an antireflective vacuum barrier window, an elliptical microwave polarization rotator. Three-dimensional numerical modeling and optimization of the proposed waveguide elements of the system were carried out to ensure maximum efficient transport of radiation into the reactor volume with a minimum level of reflections, which allow for long-term and trouble-free operation of the microwave complex.
