Development of a Method for Determining the Signals Arrival Times of Systems Operating in the Information Field

Today, most existing radio systems are information transmission systems. Being non-periodic random processes, these systems signals form a unique the electromagnetic field structure in space, containing information about data flows in real time, the propagation medium characteristics, the object interactions and locations, called the information field. In this paper develops a method for estimating the information field signals arrival times for a mobile object with using Kalman filer to noise reduction and a windowing filtering method to reduction of shift estimates. The effectiveness of the developed method in the case of the stationary transmitters and mobile object was demonstrated by modeling.
