Investigation of Digital Communication Lines Noise Immunity in Hydroacoustic Channel Using Various Types of Product Turbo Code

The acoustic method of communication and data transmission is widely used for seabed exploration, transmission of various sonar signals, message transmission etc. due to its ability to transmit data over long distances. The transmission speed is a secondary, but still important characteristic of the communication and data transmission system. The hydroacoustic communication channel is noted for its negative characteristics, which directly affect the transmission of the acoustic signal. In addition, acoustic noise of industrial and natural origin introduces additional interference into the process of transmitting a useful signal. The purpose of this article is to study the noise immunity of a communication and data transmission system with various types of product turbo codes in order to increase the noise immunity of the transmitted signal with minimal damage to the data rate.
