A Mathematical Software of the Electric Motor Operation of Data Generation About Condition

This paper is devoted to the development of a model of electric motor operation for the purpose of subsequent generation of synthetic data containing its characteristics for training of intelligent algorithms for fault prediction. The paper analyzes the state of the subject area of generating data on the state of the electric motor. The realization of the electric motor operation in Matlab environment is given, as well as the superimposition of vibration characteristics on the mathematical model is realized, the transformation of the obtained signal by the Fourier transform method is performed. The results of applicability of this approach in the task of synthetic data generation for training of intelligent algorithms for fault prediction are presented.
