Design and Modeling of a Balloon Robot with Wheel Paddles for Agricultural Use

Innovations in agricultural robotics technology hold significant potential for optimizing crop management. This paper introduces a novel agricultural robot equipped with a helium balloon for buoyancy, allowing it to float seamlessly above crops. To facilitate movement, the robot incorporates a wheel paddle on each side. Following the conceptualization, a detailed design and dynamic model are derived and simulated. The results, comprising diverse numerical data sets, demonstrate the robot's efficacy and operational advantages. This paper delves into the feasibility of this pioneering concept, elucidating its potential benefits and the methodology employed during the study.
