Implementation of an Encoding System with Dynamic Key Change Based on Pseudorandom Sequence Generators

The implementation of mobile object control systems with dynamic change of encryption keys based on pseudo-random sequences (PRS) in a modification of the El-Gamal cipher is considered. Two options for implementing PRS generators are considered: based on a linearly congruent generator and on shift registers with linear feedback. A modified El-Gamal cipher scheme and its implementation using shift registers are presented. The main issues of use and individual fragments of the algorithm are considered, which can be used to create a secure message transmission channel when managing and exchanging telemetry data of mobile unmanned objects.
