Study on Electromagnetic High Reflection Performance of Artificial Metamaterial and Its Application

Based on the novel transmission characteristics of electromagnetic wave in the metamaterial board, the reflection and transmission properties of the common-metamaterial multilayer structure slabs are researched, and the equations of total reflection and transmission coefficients are deduced, the validity of the approximate formula under the condition of small reflection is studied. The results show that the multilayer dielectric slabs with common-metamaterial structure constructed scientifically have high-performance electromagnetic reflection performance, and the high-performance reflective coating made from it has important application value for improving electromagnetic external shielding performance.
