Abstract:

With the recent advances in AI technologies, AIdriven Natural Language Generation (NLG) has emerged as one of the most powerful new technologies with a transformative potential across almost all domains, and that includes content generation and personalization. The work covered in this paper relates to the development of AI-driven NLG, the areas of application, and the impacts it brings in revolutionizing the way content is prepared in the process of content personalization. Digital content developments and their proliferation across channels with their infinite volume have necessitated finding scalable, efficient means of content generation. NLG systems are powered by AI and use machine learning algorithms combined with natural language processing techniques to provide for automatic generation of human-like text. Traditional methods of content creation generally require a lot of time and resources, as they are normally done in a manual way, from writing the content to its editing and proofreading. On the other hand, NLG systems are able to output content in bulk, allowing the everincreasing demand for new and exciting material to be met. Due to this sophistication in the systems, one can easily change their outputs and, therefore, it can be able to optimize the communication effectiveness for higher user engagement.
