D-D Communication: the Development of Strategy for Resource Sharing in GIOT

With the Internet of Things (IoT) expanding quickly and smart terminals and network data becoming more prevalent, green IoT is becoming more and more popular in academics and business. This paper examines two essential elements of the green IoT: social networks and device-to-device (D2D) communication. It begins by reviewing the most current developments in both fields. This paper proposes an loT system model aimed at addressing security concerns related to open-source software packages while optimizing energy usage and enhancing system reliability. The model comprises conventional device hardware connected to an embedded web server, which acts as an interface between physical devices and virtual objects hosted on a cloud server. By introducing a test platform within the cloud environment, the system ensures the security and reliability of deployed services and applications. Additionally, an energy-efficient scheduling algorithm optimizes the duty cycle of sensors and appliances, further enhancing the system’s sustainability and efficiency.
