Design and Development of Dish Washing Machine

This paper explores the design and development of a cutting-edge dishwashing machine intended to revolutionize the conventional methods of dish cleaning. The objective is to enhance user convenience, optimize energy efficiency, and ensure superior cleaning performance. Some dishwashing machines are already designed with the current automation of machines still there are some drawbacks in the machines that are automated. Some problems in the automated machine are dirt, oil, un-cleanliness and tough strains on the dish. To overcome the above problems a special machine called ‘SemiAutomatic Dishwasher Machine’, the proposed dishwasher has an automatic washing program with water spraying shower/sprinkler method to clean the dishes and a capacity of dish tray with 6 plates in the tray to wash with a shock resistant technology. This machine also has a separate system for cleaning bottles with diameter of 50 mm to 60 mm. Proposed machine is also cost effective with low power operation and has low and limited maintenance.
